Work permit services

Build a career in Europe on the right paperwork.

A European work permit is the legal foundation of every cross-border job. Kadravia supports skilled workers, professionals and their employers through the full process, whether the goal is a Poland work permit, an EU Blue Card or a permit in another European destination.

Because we recruit as well as process permits, we understand both sides: what the employer must provide and what the applicant must prove. That is what keeps applications accurate, compliant and on time.

The basics

What is a European work permit?

A work permit is the official authorisation that allows a non-EU citizen to work legally in a European country.

It is issued by the immigration or labour authority of that country and is usually tied to a specific employer, role or sector. Working without a valid permit is not legal, and it puts both the worker and the employer at risk. In many countries the work permit is followed by a residence permit or temporary residence card that lets the worker live in the country for the duration of the job.

Good to know

Common questions about work permits.

Who applies for the work permit, me or the employer?

For most employer-sponsored permits in Europe, including Poland, the employer applies for the work permit and the worker then applies for the visa and, later, the residence card. We coordinate both sides.

Can Kadravia find me the job as well?

Yes. Recruitment is our core business. We can match you to a verified vacancy first and then handle the permit that goes with it.

What documents will I need?

Typically a valid passport, qualifications and experience evidence, the employer's documents, a clean police clearance certificate and, depending on the country, proof of accommodation and insurance. We give you an exact list for your case.

What happens if the application is refused?

We review the reasons, tell you honestly whether an appeal or a new application makes sense, and prepare the next step with you.
